Promotional offer — terms
These terms define how the S/ 1,000 promotional website offer, the 7-day trial, and the “pay nothing if no qualified inquiries” commitment work. They are a plain-language summary; the final agreement is confirmed on WhatsApp before kickoff.
1. Who this is for
The offer targets local businesses in the Sacred Valley and around Cusco — shops, restaurants, small agencies, hostels, guides, retreats, and venues. Other businesses may be accepted by written agreement on WhatsApp.
2. What “live in 24 hours” means
After kickoff — once you send logo, photos, essential text, and WhatsApp number — the goal is a first publishable version within 24 hours. If scope, materials, or integrations require more work, we agree a new timeline before continuing.
3. Seven-day trial
The trial starts when the site is published and you confirm receipt. During those 7 days you may request reasonable adjustments that fit the agreed scope.
4. Qualified inquiry (for the guarantee)
A “qualified inquiry” means a WhatsApp message from a potential customer who references your service (booking, tour, table, retreat, etc.), excluding spam, bots, and messages from you or your staff. You must keep WhatsApp Business or the agreed contact channel active and share access to verify messages if there is a dispute.
5. “No pay if no results”
If, during the 7-day trial, you receive no qualified inquiries as defined above, and you have provided materials and access in good faith, you owe nothing for the promotional S/ 1,000 offer. This does not cover third-party ad spend, domains you purchased separately, or scope added after kickoff.
6. Your responsibilities
You provide accurate business information, authorize publication, maintain Google Business / Maps if we rely on them, and respond in good faith during the trial. Delays on your side extend timelines.
